Unable to make it out to the post office or one of our stores?
Not to worry! You can now book a collection with An Post, so your item(s) can be picked up directly from you and taken to us!
Depending on if you're sending us something to sell, or returning an item back, please select the relevant "Reason for return" depending on if it's a sell-to order or a return. Make sure you enter your order number correctly too to avoid any confusion!
Once you're on the next screen, you can book a collection for any of the date(s) provided.
Once you've chosen your collection date, pop your collection address in the relevant box and click "Add to basket".
On this screen, you can add any further An Post collections you need to book, either by clicking "Add a label" if you're purchasing a postage label, or "Book a return" if you need to send anything else to us or another retailer.
Once you've got all your postage labels sorted, click "Checkout".
On the next screen, you'll need to provide some details for An Post, as well as confirm your collection address. Once you're happy with everything you've entered, click "Complete your order", relax and wait for the driver to come and collect your goods!
