Q. What stores are offering Click & Collect?
A. As of November 18th all Republic of Ireland based stores are offering Click & Collect. You can find a full list of our stores and their locations here.
Q. What do I need to create a Click & Collect order?
A. All you need to create an order is an email address. We will only use this email address to contact you regarding your order. You can find more information about our privacy and data handling policies here.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. You can pay for your Click & Collect order in store by card, or CeX Voucher.
Q. How long does a Click & Collect order take to confirm?
A. You should receive an email confirming request. Following this you will receive a further email within 2 hours advising you that your item is ready to collect.
Q. How do I know when my order is ready to collect?
A. When your order is ready to collect, you will receive an email message advising you of which items are ready to collect from your chosen store.
Q. Do I need to bring anything when collecting my order?
A. Yes, please make sure that you bring your email confirmation when collecting your order. If you are unable to present a copy of your email confirmation upon collection we unfortunately will not be able to hand over the order.
Q. Can I make a Click & Collect order using the CeX app?
A. Yes! However if you already have the app installed, you may need to do an app update in order to see Click & Collect as an option.
