We are processing all orders as fast as possible and aim to have all orders paid or processed within 14 days. However, due to reduced staffing during the current pandemic, please allow up to 28 working days for your order to be processed or refunded. 


If the courier tracking status shows that it's delivered to us, please do not worry as CeX is no longer updating the status of received orders. Please be aware that there can be delays with the postal network, so please allow some extra time for us to receive your parcel.
