If an item you’ve bought from us has arrived faulty you can return it within the 28-day returns policy, however, we’ll need to be notified regarding the return as soon as possible. Such orders can be returned for a full refund to the original payment method or a like-for-like replacement in the 28-day returns policy. Here’s the link to the contact form.
CeX offers a 2-year warranty on all items except consumables like batteries, projector bulbs etc. If your item has developed a fault outside the 28-day returns policy, we’ll first try to repair it, if we’re unable to repair it we’ll replace it and yet if we’re unable to replace it, we’ll provide you with a refund to the original payment method but it will be as per the current sale value or the original value, whichever is the lowest. Please note that any repairs done by a third party or physical damage caused to the item will void the warranty.
