You can take your item(s) back to your nearest CeX store (don't forget your invoice!) and have them processed as per our Returns policy.
Alternatively, you can also return it to us by post, for either a refund or replacement. In order to quickly process for return, please include a note mentioning your order number and the reason for return.
You have the option of sending them for free using An Post’s ReturnMyShopping.ie Service, click HERE. Using this service your parcel is insured for up to €120.
However, if it’s a high-value order we suggest using a tracked/insured delivery service. You can post your items/order to the following address.

Do include a copy of the receipt and a written note explaining the reason for the return. If you’re going to the store in person, you’ll need to carry the purchase receipt with you.
